Termites do the most expensive damage on Oʻahu, so we offer every treatment and the inspection reports real estate deals need.
Oʻahu has two main termite threats: drywood termites living inside the wood, and Formosan subterranean termites, which UH CTAHR calls the most damaging insect pest to homes in Hawaiʻi. We confirm which one you have, then recommend tenting, Sentricon, soil or localized treatment.

How do pest control service plans work?
A service plan replaces one-off treatments with scheduled visits, so pests are caught before they become an infestation. Oʻahu's warm weather keeps ants, roaches and rodents active all year.

2A plan for your property
We recommend the treatments and a visit schedule, usually monthly for heavy pest pressure or quarterly for prevention.

4Monitoring and call-backs
We watch for new activity between visits. Termite protection, such as Sentricon or tenting, is quoted separately.

Is Xtermco licensed?
Yes. Xtermco works under Hawaiʻi pest control license PC-201. Pest control operators in Hawaiʻi are licensed through the state Pest Control Board, and termite inspection reports must be signed by a licensee in the fumigation or termite branch. We have been BBB-accredited since 1982 and hold an A+ rating.
